In 2016, a young veterinary nurse welcomed her very first puppy Koda, a chocolate and tan miniature dachshund and with him, a vision began to take shape.

What started as a small pet sitting idea, built on compassion and an unwavering love for animals, has grown into Dash Dogz Daycare now a trusted and much-loved name within Brisbane’s dog daycare community.

With over 16 years in the veterinary industry, including six years in a busy Veterinary Specialist Hospital in Brisbane, she brings a depth of clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and an exceptional standard of care into every part of the Dash Dogz journey. Her foundation in veterinary nursing isn’t just part of her story it’s the heart of how Dash Dogz operates every single day.

 Chantelle has been a valued part of the Dash Dogz Daycare journey since 2018, growing alongside the business and becoming an integral pillar of the team.

With a genuine passion for animals and a strong interest in training and behavioural development, she brings patience, leadership, and consistency to every dog in her care. Her dedication to creating a safe, structured, and enriching environment has played a key role in shaping the Dash Dogz experience that so many Brisbane families know and love.

Chantelle’s commitment, heart, and hands-on experience make her an irreplaceable part of the Dash Dogz family.

 Chloe joined the Dash Dogz Daycare team in 2024 and quickly became a valued and trusted part of our growing family.

With a natural confidence around dogs and a genuine passion for animal care, she brings calm leadership, attentiveness, and positive energy into every playgroup. Chloe has a beautiful way of building trust with both our dogs and their families, ensuring every pup feels safe, understood, and part of the pack.

Her strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to maintaining the high standards Dash Dogz is known for make her an incredible asset to our team.

Abbey brings a unique and powerful skill set to the Dash Dogz team.

Her background has shaped her strong leadership abilities, structure, discipline, and exceptional communication skills all of which translate seamlessly into dog handling and training. 

Abbey also has a highly creative eye, contributing fresh ideas, content, and innovative thinking that help elevate the Dash Dogz brand. Her combination of strategic thinking and passion for training makes her an invaluable part of our team.

 Jorden brings over 13 years of industry experience to the Dash Dogz team, along with the invaluable insight of having previously owned and operated her own doggy daycare and grooming business.

Her extensive hands-on knowledge across daycare operations, grooming standards, dog behaviour, and client relationships gives her a well-rounded and deeply experienced perspective. Jorden understands every layer of the industry from the floor to the front desk and leads with confidence, efficiency, and care.

Her professionalism, leadership, and passion for maintaining high standards make her an incredible asset to Dash Dogz and a trusted presence within our community.

Dani is a valued member of the Dash Dogz team, bringing enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine love for dogs into every shift.

With a hands-on approach and a natural ability to read canine behaviour, she plays an important role in maintaining the safe, structured, and enriching environment we pride ourselves on. Dani builds strong bonds with the dogs in her care, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and part of the pack.

Her positive energy, teamwork, and dedication to upholding the Dash Dogz standard make her a wonderful part of our growing family.

Nicky brings a unique and well-rounded skill set to the Dash Dogz team. As a qualified speech therapist, she has developed exceptional communication skills, patience, and a calm, structured approach  all of which translate beautifully into dog handling and training.

Alongside this, Nicky is also a skilled rugby player, bringing strength, teamwork, and resilience to everything she does. Combined with her genuine love for dogs, she creates a supportive and positive environment where each dog feels safe, understood, and confident.

Her nurturing nature, strong work ethic, and attention to detail make her a valued part of the Dash Dogz team.

Alison is our Senior Groomer, with over 5 years of experience delivering high-quality, professional grooms. She combines technical skill with a calm, gentle approach, ensuring every dog feels safe and relaxed in her care.

Known for her attention to detail and consistent finishes, Alison takes pride in creating results that not only look great but support each dog’s comfort and wellbeing. Her passion for grooming and commitment to quality make her an integral part of the Dash Dogz team.

Belinda began her journey in the industry as a bather at in 2023, progressing into grooming later that year.

Belinda has a particular passion for styling, especially creating beautiful Asian fusion muzzles on oodles. She also loves giving each dog a warm, relaxing bath and thorough groom, ensuring they leave feeling fresh, comfortable, and looking their best.
