venue hire - doggy parties

 

Are you thinking of celebrating your dog’s birthday at Brisbane's Newest Dog Daycare? Or maybe a special event with your personal dog group, a gathering with your breed club or just a no fuss private day care session with your favourite dog friends? Well look no further as we are now hiring out our venue for dog parties and gatherings on weekends!


Just imagine, your very own private dog friendly function room with your dog and all its dog friends!


You will not need to worry about bad weather as we are indoors, the venue is safe and secured and purpose built to cater just for dogs!

By running your parties in our venue rather than at a park, there is also no risk of an intruding dog spoiling your fun.

You can also bring your own food and beverages for both humans and dogs.

Please note the following:


  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated to attend the function
  • Dogs must be sociable and friendly


Below are some details of what we provide with the venue hire as well as various packages and services we can add on to make your day more special.

What We Provide

  • Indoor venue (3 spaces available)
  • Various toys
  • Kitchen access
  • Toilets available
  • Mops and cleaning products, poop bags and bin provided.
  • Staff supervision (extra cost involved)
  • Rent the space up to 3 Hours.

Party Packages

  • $75 per space per hour.
  • There is a $50 cleaning fee for each room and all play equipment undergoes a deep clean to ensure that the facility is clean so all pups are kept healthy & safe.
  • Supervising staff member x 1 – $50 Per Hour- if requested.

When

Saturdays and Sundays - Bookings required.


 Bookings and Deposits 


A 50% NON- Refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and FULL settlement of the account must be finalised before start of event on the day.


 

Refunds and Cancellations


 We realise that circumstances can occur which make it necessary for an event to be cancelled. Deposits, if possible, can be transferred to a new date. As we may not be able to rebook the space after a cancellation, the following conditions and refund policy applies. A cancellation that occurs one months prior to the event will receive a full refund of deposit. A cancellation that occurs between 1 month - 2 weeks  will receive a 50% refund of total booking. A cancellation that occurs within 7 days or a no show will be charged at full booked rate.
